  • The Dance School

    Established September 1991, JLD School of Dance moved to 24 Swan Street, Kingsclere 18 months later, and has been a thriving local dance provider for over 30 years. Students from 2.5 years to adults can enjoy a wide range of classes including RAD Ballet, ISTD Modern and Tap, Contemporary and Commercial, Acro and Musical Theatre as well as work towards LAMDA qualifications, performances and shows.

  • The College

    Kingsclere Performing Arts College is a specialist Sixth Form and Foundation College working in partnership with Newbury College. Students from 16-25 years old can train full-time in Musical Theatre, Dance and Acting. The OCR Level 3 Extended Diploma offers the equivalent of 3 A-Levels, and students can gain graded ISTD, RAD and LAMDA qualifications.

  • The Community

    When the former Catholic Church was put up for sale in 2016, the Founders of Kingsclere Performing Arts College saw it as an opportunity to break the seal on what they could provide as a college, and did everything in their powers to keep this wonderful hall within the community. Eventually purchased in December 2017, as well as hire studio space to JLD and Kingsclere Performing Arts College, they set about establishing a range of community classes for the mind body and soul, including Taekwondo, Yoga and Adult Tap Dance.

  • Eiras Equestrian Extras

    Eiras Equestrian Extras offers a wide selection of goods for the rider and horse owner. As well as bespoke items we are now doing printing onto mugs as well as high-vis t-shirts and much more.

  • Baughurst Blades

    For all your sharpening needs. Clipper blades and scissors are sharpened while you wait.

    Lawn Mower Blades, Hairdresser Scissors, Horse Clippers, Dog Clippers, Gardening Shears, Hedge Trimmers, Knives, Axes and much, much more.

  • Kingsclere Performing Arts and Youth Trust CIO

    Coming soon to work in partnership with the PAYC CIC to deliver the areas of benefit including improving access to the performing arts for all, providing bursaries for young people in training, and applying for funding to improve the performing arts facilities at Swan Street.
